Forgive my ignorance, but I registered on the server and entered the code but sometimes I get the warning that due to rank I should not put x load on the fighter, but for example in a tank I choose no message and it just throws me out, I don't understand, is it normal for this to happen? Otherwise I like the work you are doing on this server, greetings!!!

Hi, I've made a mistake by selecting the wrong coalition in the latest campaign. Ive only flown like two times, but most of my friends decided to play Russians rather than germans. Isn't there a way to go to the other coalition ? I've tried resetting my profile, but then when I chose Russian, it reverted me back to German :/

Hello the frontline team, I am new to IL-2 sturmovik and I really liked playing on your server, but I choosed the soviets and I got killed by the germans pretty fast, so now I dont have enough balance to get a plane out and I dont have the dlcs for the transport aircraft. I would really enjoy playing again on the server, I know it is the hardest server but I like the missions and I think I will learn fast on it. So please, can you reset my balance and give me another chance to play ? Thank you, MRomich. (My ingame name is MRomich).

Hello everyone, As of today, my account (user: Old_Boy) is in the "Suspended" status. This is likely due to my unsuccessful attempt to sign up for a "Bronze" Premium Subscription. The subscription was primarily intended as a contribution to your project and was unable to be completed due to a refusal of payment with my debit card (I'm Italiant and live in Italy). Is it possible to change my account status to continue using the server as a general user without accessing any premium services? Best regards

Hello ! My player balance is too low (197) due to recent bad results unfortunately for me. In the gameset, i can't take any plane, so , do i have to wait the next campaign for reflying ? Is there an another solution for me to pursuit this campaign ? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I flew missions today. I destroyed targets on a bridge and landed back to base but had no results scored in my stats. There are no mission log too. I had no clearance to take off "you are allowed to..." but I could. When I look at the campaign map on il2-fl.ru bridge seems to be 100 % but he had been totally destroyed. What is the issue ? I'm new to the game. When I enter the server, I get kicked out. On the website, I selected the Mc202 without bombs, only bullets, but I still get kicked out... on the website, the Mc202 tells me I can take it... where am I going wrong? What's the exact procedure for taking a plane or a tank?

Please help I registered and clicked on the confirmation link in the email. I logged in to my accout and chose the side I wanted to fight for. But when I log in to the server to play ,I get a message that I am not registered and that I am about to be kicked out. I do not know what I am doing wrong and what else I should do. I'm registered without any problems. I log into my account. Gameset Select Coalition - Axis Ranks Rank Gefreiter Aircraft MC 202 Axis 12.7 Breda 800 Default start IL2 Game. Inside multiplayer Server Frontline select Coalition select the allowed model with the Gefreiter level Aircraft MC 202 Axis 12.7 Breda 800 enter the game. take off and after a few seconds it ejects me. I have several people who want to join this server. After putting in our IL2 BoS usernames, making passwords, emails to receive the Frontline emails we all get the same error: I have altered my username, changed my password, tried to re-register. But there is no way around this for me.

So, I registered and "Joined the war", choose plane etc. Logging in on the multiplayer server and getting "You are not allowed to start". What am I missing here? Is there any instructions on this website (il2-fl.ru) where I can read how it all works?

Hi, I'm also having trouble registering my account on the stats website. I fill in all the fields, and when I click the final button, I get this screen. I tried changing my password anyway, and my email address is recognized. I never received a confirmation email. Is there anything you can do? Thank you

Just a quick question, and I don't know if you have control of it or not, but there no longer seems to be a way to send out an invite to another registered user. I can delete the group, distribute profits, but under the envelope tab, in the upper right hand corner, there's no place to add, or in my case, re add a member. Am I missing something? I may be over looking it. Any guidance on that? Apologies if thee's a tab I'm missing. I could be blind.
