Seems there are several missions from yesterday (Sat July 4th) completly missing in the stats:

I suspect I lost connection or was kicked somehow during a mission. I was driving a tank, and was disengaging after successful raid. Nobody shoot me. I entered map and possibly too quick bak into a tank. Game froze and then i got Disconnected. What's worse, I got massive penalty after that. Spending 2 hours in tank and finishing like that is pretty disourageing.

Can you change that?

looks strange. Status missing, and it was a mission I spend uneventful. Literally nothing happened. I didn't crossed the border or anything like that. Also I finished a mission quite norma -> by pressing "finish mission". In spite of that I am somehow missing
But now it's even more strange. I just now in that mission rode a tank:

Here I am clearly visible in mission. I hit even some targets. Good for me, but There is no trace of these mission in my statistics, also I lost connection (got kicked?) after 2 hours of riding a tank.

It looks like terrible mess.

so all in all there is a problem with 2 missions.
- First, that went uneventful just sitting in Tank waiting in ambush. -> for that mission I got "missing"
- Second -> where I rode a tank and made a successful ride on enemy Possition, but lost connection and there's no trace about that mission in my stats.

The game logs do not indicate whether your tank has been repaired after damage. Damage accumulates and is summed up at the end of the session. Moreover, you have the “vehicle death” event in your logs. This is a normal situation. Try not to crash into trees, etc. After such accidents, the game also does not show the coordinates where you leave the vehicle, which further exacerbates the situation.

I took no damage. please track carefully my route. I was kicked when vehicle was stationary. I looked at the map, and after that i got kicked for no clear reason. I wasn't shot, I didn't hit anything.

I'm totally lost. Honestly. There was one mission where I did nothing - 16:43 on my stats.
On your page there is a different time 22:43, but mission number is the same. 5355.
I did 2 missions: one in 5355 - I did nothing there. I scored nothing, and did no damage to my vehicle.
and another mission on 5358 - where I killed 8 ground targets. also in tank. There I got kicked for no reason. ( Vehicle was not damaged, not repaired, not crashed into a tree or building). I stopped vehicle to look at the map and lost connection with server / or got kicked.

If the connection with the server was lost and you were disconnected (disconnected). Then the server checks whether there is anyone else within a 1,000‑meter radius of the opponents. If there is, then you are recorded as having a negative score. If there is no opponent within a 3‑km radius, then it’s just zeros. No penalty.

According to the logs (I checked). The tank indeed had no damage. I’ll check where these records came from. But that will happen much later. Right now, there’s too much work to do. Sorry.

Oh I completely understand. It's a complicated even to explain. There is no rush, and thanks for answering so fast. Just short summary, because it's such a mess...
5355 - mission where I my status "missing" is unexpüected (I got a gunner on that mission if it helps)
5358 - mission completely missing in my stats , where I lost connection / or got kicked from unknown reason.
