    I've tried this process more than 10 times and it doesn't work. I tried creating a new account with a different email address, but that doesn't work either. It seems there's a conflict between my in-game username and my account.

    I have exactly the same problem. I can't get the code and I don't have permission to take off. I've tried everything. Deleting the account and starting the process again. Trying with another email address, etc. I can't choose my coalition or get the verification code. How can I join the support ?
